MAY 24TH 2010 DAY TWENTY TWO

The following week of blogs will all be done by memory. This will be the first of 8 or 9 "to the best of my recollection" blogs. This day had not much to report, due to the fact that it was spent as a prep day and it was mostly admin. I knew that the next several days would be very difficult, due to lack of water, shade and power for my phone and electronics and that my load would double in weight due to having to carry ALOT of water. I will however post some pictures for everyone to see to make up for my lack of content. Thank you for being a part of day twenty two.
* When Mackenzie and I would go shopping for new clothes, I used to hand her off to a store employee and they would do their thing while I sat in a chair waiting for the girls to get done with the task at hand. Upon completion, I would review their selections and pay and we would move on to the next store. As Kenzie got older, I became more involved and she would have me sit by the changing rooms with all of the moms and she would try her clothes on and model them for me. I was also the pack mule that she would load her possible selections on to lug around the store. She rarely selected what I recommended, and her mother was usually unhappy with my clothes selecting ability. She did however always wear the clothes that she wanted. As long as she was happy, I was too.
